Finance Manager - FP&A
5 days (Monday-Friday)
Location: Loyang
Basic Salary: $8500 - $11000

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and set operational goals.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models covering revenue, costs, and new projects.

• Monitor performance against budget, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in coordination with internal stakeholders.

• Support preparation of investor reports with financial insights and business recommendations.

• Prepare management and board materials to facilitate decision-making.

• Drive process improvements and develop tools to enhance financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

• FP&A or financial accounting, with budgeting and modelling skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
