Responsibilities
Leads, guides, and manages the Finance Team to fulfill the responsibilities.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Monitors and updates financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Management Reporting: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Budget Management: Oversees budgeting processes, analyzes variances, and recommends adjustments to align with business objectives.
Cash Flow Management: Manages cash flow, monitors accounts receivable and accounts payable, and maintains optimal cash balances.
Compliance & Audit: Ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards; coordinates internal and external audits.
Cost Control & Optimization: Identifies cost-saving opportunities and implements best practices to improve financial performance.
Business Partnering: Works with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in a financial management role, ideally with experience in multinational or high-growth companies.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably with SAP and BPC knowledge.
Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a good team player.
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
