Job summary

An established recruitment agency is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee AR and AP activities, financial planning, management reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP. This role offers the opportunity to drive cost control and process improvement initiatives while ensuring strategic financial insights for department heads.

Job description

• Salary: Up to 7k + AWS + VB

• Location: Ubi (Walking distance from Macpherson MRT)

• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

Job Descriptions

• Manage AR and AP activities and Fixed Assets.

• Financial Planning & Analysis: monitors, and updates financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Management Reporting: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Budget Management: Oversees budgeting processes, analyzes variances, and recommends adjustments to align with business objectives.

• Cash Flow Management: Manages cash flow, monitors accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and maintains optimal cash balances.

• Compliance & Audit: Ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards; coordinates internal and external audits.

• Cost Control & Optimization: Identifies cost-saving opportunities and implements best practices to improve financial performance.

• Business Partnering: Works with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracyandefficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years in a financial management role

• Proficient with Microsoft office and preferably with SAP and BPC knowledge

• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
