The Finance and Administration Manager is fully responsible for overseeing all financial, administrative, and human resources functions of the subsidiary. They are also tasked with driving strategic initiatives aimed at achieving Five Star Factory status. This role requires proactive decision-making and initiative, in alignment with company policies, the Code of Conduct, and legal requirements, to deliver strong results.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and subsidiary FA Managers to embed Micro-Mechanics’ corporate culture, vision, strategic goals, and Five Star Factory initiatives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash-flow management, and accounts receivable/payable to ensure long-term financial health.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, procurement of supplies and equipment, and facilities to maintain seamless operational support.
  • Drive full-cycle HR—from recruiting and onboarding to training, performance management, engagement, and retention—while enforcing labor-law compliance.
  • Design and refine processes that boost organizational effectiveness, streamline workflows, reduce waste, and uphold 8S standards.
  • Build, mentor, and empower high-performance teams in line with the belief that “People Make Everything Happen.”
  • Champion a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing product/process enhancements and new manufacturing technologies.
  • Establish and enforce internal controls, conduct audits, ensure ESG safety and environmental compliance, and proactively manage operational risks.
  • Track and report on key metrics—revenue, gross margin, customer satisfaction, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, cost management, 8S scores, and employee engagement—and drive corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present timely financial and operational reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly), analyze variances, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field
  • Professional certification preferred (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) or equivalent industry-recognized credential.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Administration, and HR roles within the manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience in auditing
