The Company

Our client is a leading industrial MNC seeking an experienced people leader, Finance Business Partner to their Head of Departments, and a results-driven Finance Manager to oversee critical financial functions. This role encompasses a broad scope including financial reporting & analysis, financial planning & analytics, data visualization, risk management, and sustainability reporting. The position is key in delivering high-quality financial insights and management tools to support strategic decision-making across the business.

The Role

You will lead the Financial Reporting & Analysis workstream, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking. Responsibilities include spearheading data analytics initiatives through dashboard development, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16, managing capex accounting, and investment evaluation. The incumbent will act as a key business partner to operational teams to enhance financial returns, lead sustainability initiatives, and drive finance transformation projects to improve systems and processes. Additionally, the role involves engaging with external bodies to manage audit processes and ensure robust financial governance.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in financial accounting, with a degree or professional qualification in Accountancy and leadership experience. They should demonstrate strong financial stewardship, stakeholder management, business acumen, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement. Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems is required. Solid analytical skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to drive team performance and process improvements are essential for success in this dynamic role.
