Job summary

A growing firm in the Real Estate sector in Singapore is looking for an experienced Finance Manager on an interim basis. You will handle the full spectrum of finance activities, including monthly reporting, cashflow management, and act as the main liaison for auditors and tax agents. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience and knowledge of Yardi, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a finance role, ideally in Financial Services or Professional Services.
• Experience with full sets of accounts.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for full spectrum of finance activities including the reviewing of financial reporting activities including month end closing, bank reconciliations, audit schedules and management reporting, taxation matters and cashflow management and will be the key point of contact for auditors, tax agents etc. You will also drive continuous improvements to business processes, controls and policies.

skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity and came from Financial Services or Professional Services previously. You are knowledgeable in Yardi and have full sets experience. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders.
