As a Finance Manager, you partner closely with the senior leadership team and drive business performance. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, reporting, and compliance across its growing network of clinics.

A leading healthcare provider in Singapore, committed to delivering accessible, patient-centric primary care services across a growing network of clinics. We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and support the business in its next phase of growth.

Description

Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with clinic operations and senior leadership, the Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving insightful reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the Group and its subsidiaries
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax, and audit requirements
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business performance and growth plans
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive cost efficiency and support new initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and relevant authorities
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team

Profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Chartered Accountant / CPA qualification is ideal
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, including prior experience in healthcare, retail, or a fast-paced multi-entity environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax compliance
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, Oracle, SAP) is a plus
