Job summary

A leading SGX-listed MNC is seeking an experienced finance manager to oversee group-level operational finance tasks. The successful candidate will lead the financial closing process, prepare budgets, and ensure tax compliance while working closely with internal and overseas teams. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s in Accountancy and significant managerial experience.

Job description

Information

• $6800 to $8000 Basic

• Annual Wage Supplement + Variable Bonuses

Requirements:

• Work with internal departments and overseas finance team on monthly financial closing and payment

• Review of annual statutory accounts and XBRL filing

• Review of accounting transactions and controls in accordance with the limit of authority

• Coordination of quarterly reforecast and full year forecast for portfolio of companies

• Prepare annual budget for portfolio of companies, and present it to the management

• Review monthly cashflow forecast

• Review quarterly GST submission

• Work with the corporate tax department to ensure tax compliance timelines are adhered to and CITQ are addressed

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external service provider

• Work with team members to deliver enhancements to the accounting systems

• Evaluate finance automation options for the department and implement with the assistance of consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accountancy or relevant accounting qualification, including ISCA, ACCA, CPA, etc

• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in accounting role and at least 2 years in managerial capacity
