Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is recruiting an experienced accounting professional to oversee financial operations in our Woodlands office.

You will maintain accurate records, supervise staff, and ensure timely monthly closings. You will review financial results, manage full accounting scope, and liaise with external auditors, while strengthening internal controls and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing with accounting roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate monthly accounting records to support timely closings.
• Supervise accounting staff and oversee financial operations.
• Review, analyze, and report on financial results.
• Manage full set of accounting and finance responsibilities.
• Review journal entries, AR/AP ageing, and stock ageing.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
• Evaluate and improve internal controls and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal control guidelines, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from reporting manager or CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that accounting records are maintained accurately and timely in order to meet the target completing of monthly closing.
• Supervise financial operational matters and a team of accounting staffs
• Review, analyze and report on the financial results
• Responsible for full set of accounting and finance related responsibilities
• Review journal entries, AR/AP ageing and stock ageing.
• Perform cash flow forecast
• Facilitate external audit, prepare and review audit schedules and liaise with auditors on audit
• Assess and evaluate the current accounting procedures and systems to improve internal control
• Ensure the compliance of internal control guidelines according to accounting standards and taxation regulations.
• Ad-hoc assignments assigned by reporting Manager or CFO

Requirements:

• With relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
• Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics Business CentralSoftware
