Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and summarize monthly financial closings and forecasts across all business entities.
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks. Ensure reporting processes are efficient and aligned with internal systems.
• Oversee the consolidation of monthly forecasts, providing detailed variance analysis and ensuring prompt resolution of anomalies.
• Develop regular management reports and strategic presentations to support data-driven decision-making. Assist in the preparation of annual, mid-term, and long-term budgets.
• Provide administrative support to management, including meeting coordination, appointment scheduling, and follow-up on key action items.
• Execute additional ad hoc tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall goals and initiatives of the Business Planning Department.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA is preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in Progressive billing, Corporate and indirect taxation, Lease management
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, local GAAP).
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
