Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for month-end closing activities ensuring accuracy across all financial statements.

• Lead comprehensive finance operations—including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow management—for assigned subsidiaries, maintaining strong liquidity, budget compliance, and consistent financial outcomes.

• Oversee accurate data entry and processing within ERP systems, optimizing functionality to enhance efficiency, transparency, and internal control.

• Ensure ERP systems enable seamless generation of financial reports and dashboards.

• Deliver financial reports to the Financial Controller within the required deadlines.

• Establish and uphold robust internal control procedures to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Direct audit activities at the subsidiary level, perform regular inventory cycle counts and analysis, and manage special initiatives aimed at improving operations and reducing costs.

• Hire, mentor, and develop finance team members, promoting a results-driven and continuously improving work environment.

• Oversee the timely submission of statutory reports, returns, and tax filings in alignment with local regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent

• 5 years of experience in similar function, preferably with supervisory experience

• CPA/ACCA/ICAEW certifications are an added benefit

• Solid knowledge and execution of statutory compliance, tax regulations, and audit practices.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Excel is required
