Job description

Responsibilities:

Report to the Business Unit head (CEO) and Group Finance on the following:

• Manage and oversee daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
• Prepare financial reports, oversee the month-end closing process, and manage monthly financial forecasts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end close reporting to Group
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Cashflow and liquidity management
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations and internal controls
• Support management and project team on project costing, budget allocation, expenditure monitoring, cost forecasting, project delivery governance related processes, accounting treatment and project monitoring reports.
• Manage and oversee year-end audit process and liaise with auditors on audit matters
• Tax computation and liaise with tax agent on tax matters
• Undertake any Finance related projects and handle any other Finance related matters.

Requirements:

• ACCA or equivalent professional qualification with at least 5 years of similar experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff in the company and has strong communication skills.
• Preferable experience in SAP and Project Management.
• Able to meet tight deadlines for monthly closing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and able to work independently under pressure
