Job summary

A dynamic firm is seeking a Finance Manager to lead strategic financial operations in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, manage compliance, and work closely with founders on fundraising efforts. Ideal candidates will have a degree in finance, significant experience in finance management particularly within startups, and familiarity with Singapore’s finance landscape. Knowledge of financial software such as Xero is advantageous and strong analytical skills are essential.

• 4+ years’ experience in finance management, ideally in a startup.

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong financial acumen and a startup mindset to lead strategic financial operations, investor relations, and regulatory compliance. You will work directly with the founders to manage grants, capital planning, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Manage accounting, audit, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Liaise with government agencies for grant reporting
• Develop financial models for investor pitches and operational scale-up

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
• 4+ years’ experience in finance management, preferably in a startup or tech firm

• Familiarity with Singapore’s grant ecosystem and startup finance landscape
