Oversee the Finance & Accounting team to ensure all accounts comply with finance policies and procedures.

Review and analyze monthly financial reports for the group of companies.

Manage the group’s annual financial reports, budget forecasts, and monthly/quarterly consolidation packages.

Manage monthly cash flow forecasts, project costing, and work-in-progress (WIP) reports.

Conduct monthly credit reviews for accounts receivable, implement appropriate credit control measures, and approve online banking payments.

Manage bank and cash transactions, maintain proper records, and follow accurate banking procedures.

Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and corporate secretaries.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting with relevant accounting qualifications.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with managerial experience considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting standards (FRS115, FRS116, etc.).
