As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for group consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal control standards. With a strong foundation in audit and commercial consolidation experience, you will play a key role in shaping our client's continued growth.

Description

  • Review financials submitted by subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation processes across multiple entities
  • Ensure consolidation processes are fully aligned with IFRS/GAAP standards
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare statutory financial statements, ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory and accounting standards
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and corporate secretarial partners
  • Monitor and manage regional cash flows, working capital, and capital expenditure plans
  • Drive the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity
  • Perform in-depth analysis of group results to identify variances, trends, and insights
  • Partner with business teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and data quality for decision-making

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
  • 8 years of accounting experience with audit and hands-on group consolidation experience in a commercial setting
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and statutory compliance
  • Strong communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a collaborative working style
