Finance Manager/ Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting/finance team to ensure timely management reporting, compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements

• Responsible for Group financial reporting, including Group consolidation

• Analytical review of financial performance, preparation of Group Cash Flow forecast, variance analysis, etc

• Assist Chief Financial Officer in statutory and regulatory reporting, e.g. ACRA, SGX

• Liaise with external professional including internal and external auditors

• Review tax computation and liaise with tax agents

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ or equivalent accountancy qualification

• 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience gained in SGX Listed entities and Group consolidation

• Strong technical knowledge of SFRS(I)

• Supervisory experience, hands-on and self-driven team player

• Possess initiative, attention to details with the ability to meet tight deadlines
