Role Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Finance Manager, APAC to join our dynamic regional team. This role will be responsible for partnering with marketing leaders across Asia and Brand Finance teams, delivering actionable insights through financial planning, business performance reviews, and strategic forecasting. The ideal candidate is both analytical and collaborative—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and can bridge the gap between finance and business.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key business partner to marketing leads across APAC and U.S. HQ, supporting multiple Match Group brands in the region.
  • Manage forward-looking financial processes, including annual forecasts, strategic multi-year operating plans. Drive monthly and quarterly financial reviews with detailed analysis on KPIs, variance and insight and actions for marketing and finance leadership.
  • Generate analytics for monthly results, related high and low lights as well as competitor performance analytics.
  • Use internal measurement and forecasting frameworks to guide resource allocation and optimise ROI. Identify and flag cannibalisation risks across brands; recommend reallocation of spend to maximise total portfolio growth.
  • Deliver timely, data-driven recommendations to improve business performance across the marketing funnel.
  • Educate and influence non-finance stakeholders to make financially sound decisions and align spend with business priorities.
  • Support ad hoc financial modelling, scenario analysis, and reporting requests.
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal processes and best practices within a matrixed organisation.
Experience & Background
  • 8+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in a consumer-facing or subscription-based business.
  • Proven track record of partnering closely with marketing teams or commercial functions to drive performance.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment—preferably in tech, media, or digital consumer services.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong command of business performance metrics, especially marketing funnel KPIs and customer acquisition economics (e.g., CAC, LTV).
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools and BI platforms (e.g., Onestream, Workday, Tableau, Mode, Quicksights, Looker).
Soft Skills & Traits
  • Strategic thinker with a business-first mindset; sees finance as an enabler of growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesise complexity for executive audiences.
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, focused and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Capable of juggling competing priorities and delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to push back diplomatically when priorities conflict, maintaining objectivity and credibility.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to marketing measurement tools (e.g., incrementality testing, MMM, attribution models).
  • Regional experience across APAC markets with cultural agility
  • Prior experience in budgeting across multiple brands or multi-product environments.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and marketing analytics to guide strategy and evaluate investment effectiveness.
