Global third-party logistics provider specializing in end-to-end supply chain solutions, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution across key international markets.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the group’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Build and manage financial models and run scenario analyses to support business decisions.

• Work closely with different business units to ensure financial plans support overall strategy.

Credit Control

• Monitor group-wide accounts receivable and manage credit risk exposure.

• Set and review credit policies and follow up on overdue payments.

• Coordinate with local teams to ensure consistent credit practices across the group.

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Develop and implement internal control systems for the group.

• Carry out risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Support local teams in improving internal processes and controls.

Treasury & Cash Flow Oversight

• Track the group’s cash positions, intercompany loans, and liquidity needs.

• Manage signatory rights and access to bank portals.

• Work with banks on account openings, updates, and user management.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Partner with the Group Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Communicate with local and overseas finance teams to maintain clear responsibilities and consistent practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in related field

• CPA/ACCA

• At least 5 years of experience in group finance roles, with strong exposure to FP&A, credit control, and internal controls.

• Solid understanding of financial systems, with a focus on data accuracy and process enhancement.
