Job Description

• Lead the finance team and superviseday-to-day financial operations such as cash flow, general ledger, accounts, payroll, purchasing, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage audits, and maintain communication with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee and coordinate the organisation'sfinancial planning, including budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and prepare regular financial and management reports.
• Handle tax matters including property tax, GST filings, and corporate income tax submissions, while managing fixed assets and capital expenditures.
• Recommend improvements to accounting procedures, strengthen internal controls, assess financial risks, and support automation initiatives.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making, coach finance team members, liaise with financial institutions, and assist with projects as assigned by the HOD.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or other accounting qualifications
• 7-8 years of relevant experience and supervisory experience
• Experience in Hotel or Hospitality industrywill have added advantageous
• Experience in Oracle system will have added advantageous
