Key Responsibilities

  • Budget Management:Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring they remain within allocated limits and align with financial targets.
  • Cost Control:Monitor project expenses, analyze cost overruns, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce expenditures.
  • Financial Planning:Conduct financial forecasting, cash flow management, and develop strategic financial plans to support business goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profitability analyses, to provide insights into project performance and the company's financial health.
  • Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, such as cost overruns, schedule delays, and market fluctuations.
  • Contract & Procurement Management:Manage vendor payments and subcontractor agreements, ensuring contract compliance and timely payments.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and auditors, to provide financial information and resolve issues.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and tax obligations.
