Job description

    You will be responsible for analyzing and ensuring timely submission of MIS to the Management and finalizing accounts under Indian GAAP. You will manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department including month and year-end processes, general ledger, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, fixed asset activity, and debt activity. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce financial reports or statements will also be part of your role.Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles will be crucial. You will coordinate and complete annual audits, review monthly expenditure daily for cost savings and MIS reporting, and lead budgeting and forecasting exercises. Preparing periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs will be essential.You will be responsible for the review and accuracy of production costs, submission of documentation and data to banks as required, and ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST laws. Effective coordination across functions such as Sales, Commercial, Production, and Post Production will be necessary. Additionally, you should have the ability to direct and supervise a team.This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance. The preferred education qualification is a Master's degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance is required. The work location is in person at Andheri, Mumbai.,
