Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5-8 years’ experience in multi-PM platform hedge funds, as an auditor (Big 4), fund admins or other relevant financial sector.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, fund accounting and performance reporting; basic financial and accounting principles.
• High proficiency with Excel; experience with accounting and portfolio systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Strong integrity and ownership of duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly/quarterly management accounts for fund manager.
• Work closely with the operations teams on monthly closings, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee tax compliance, including GST, corporate income tax and other statutory or regulatory filings in relevant jurisdictions.
• Coordinate year-end audits for both the management company and funds; liaise with internal auditor, external auditors and tax advisors.

About the role

We are a dynamic and fast-growing multi-strategy hedge fund with global operations, currently expanding our Finance function.
