A leading aerospace manufacturer in Singapore seeks a Finance Operations Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and asset management at their CRO site. Ideal candidates will have a strong finance/accounting background and experience in the manufacturing sector, ensuring compliance and optimizing processes in a dynamic environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead team of two to manage full set account for the CRO (component repair & overhaul) site in Singapore
Ensure timely month end closing, submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting package
Partnering site leadership team and lead annual planning, monthly re-forecast and business review process
Manage Fixed Asset including Capital Asset Acquisition Request (CAAR) submission, track actual capital spend and Fixed Asset count.
Maintain and strengthen internal controls. Perform quarterly control review and ensure timely submission of all control deliverables
Prepare local statutory account and work with external auditor to ensure timely filing of statutory account
Work with tax agent to ensure timely tax filing
Drive process improvement & ERP migration project
Provide guidance to Finance team member
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree /ACCA or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
5-8 years of experience in finance operations and control; experience in manufacturing/industrial sector will be an advantage
Hands-on experience in managing statutory filing and tax return
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, fixed asset management and cost management.
