Job summary

Visa seeks a Finance Manager (Revenue Analytics) to support revenue planning, budgeting and forecasting for Asia Pacific geographies. The role involves in-depth analysis of revenue drivers and presenting insights to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Finance Business Partners to improve forecast accuracy and drive analytics improvements for the region. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of relevant experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and comfort with AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or equivalent with 8+ years relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 4 years in financial analysis.
  • Strong technical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with finance systems and data visualization tools (TM1, Hyperion, Power BI).
  • Digital fluency and comfort with AI tools for business analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue planning, budgeting and forecasting for APAC geographies.
  • Analyze revenue drivers and cross-border trends to inform management decisions.
  • Lead pay­ment volume-related analysis and support quarterly earnings prep.

Job Description
Role Summary

The Finance Manager (Revenue Analytics) is responsible for supporting the revenue planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for geographies in Asia Pacific as well as financial analysis to support business decisions and deliver management performance reports for the region. This role requires a self-starter with an analytical and inquisitive mind and is driven to communicate business performance to senior leadership in an efficient and effective manner. He/She will collaborate with internal partners to produce in-depth analysis of revenue driver trends and movements and drive forecast excellence & revenue analytic improvements for the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and support planning and forecasting (Drivers, Revenue) for markets using COE baselines and Cluster input, ensuring deliverables are completed timely. Focus on optimizing level of detail, accuracy and clarity of assumptions.
  • Analyze cross-border business driver emerging trends, evaluate the factors driving their evolution through data, discussion with Finance Business Partners and other stakeholders and provide point of view to Finance management if required
  • Lead payment volume-related analysis and support for quarterly earnings preparation
  • Support the storyboarding of analytical output and production of materials for related business reviews and presentations
  • Develop and continually evolve innovative techniques and methodologies to analyze, measure and forecast business performance, optimized through relevant use of AI
  • Perform adhoc scenario modelling and other analysis for management. Proactively identify and communicate business implications of analysis and ability to simplify and present complex issues to stakeholders.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or equivalent with at least 8+ years relevant post qualification experience, with at least 4 years in financial analysis role. Preferably with industry experience where technology (digital/ e and m-commerce) feature strongly.
  • Demonstrates well-developed technical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Collaborates well with different teams from finance, systems, strategy and able to work through the matrix organization structure
  • Good in data visualization and managing large datasets and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Has the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of commitment to meeting timelines
  • Enthusiastic work ethic, passion for learning, and acute professional curiosity, able to solve problems with balance of independence and well-solicited input
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint required; TM1, Hyperion and Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage; conceptual knowledge of financial database is beneficial
  • The role requires digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
