Job Description

Delibowl is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented F&B Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, cost control, and performance analysis across our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will manage food and labor costs, ensure GST compliance, support audits, and work closely with internal teams to enhance financial efficiency and operational performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

-Perform financial analysis and provide insights on cost control, sales performance, and profitability.

-Generate and present financial KPIs to support strategic planning and operational decisions.

-Manage food and beverage cost control, including inventory and waste management.

-Monitor payroll, overtime, and manpower allocation to optimize labor efficiency.

-Develop financial forecasts and ensure alignment with company objectives.

-Ensure accurate GST reporting and timely filing.

-Coordinate with auditors and assist in the annual audit process.

-Maintain and manage accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

-Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflows and results.

-Handle additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

-Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-Prior experience in F&B accounting, preferably within a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment.

-Proficiency in Xero accounting software.

-Immediate availability preferred.
