- Overseeing and reviewing the Company’s finance and HR responsibilities
- Provide support to senior management in managing operations against budget plus strategic goals on a daily, monthly annual basis. Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
- Preparation of annual audited financial statements
- Liaising with external service providers like fund administrators, auditors and tax agents
- Preparation / review of monthly management accounts
- GST computation / review and submission to ensure compliance with GST Laws
- Review of corporate tax provision, individual tax and related tax works
- Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
- Risk-based capital management - prepare risk-based capital calculations every month
- Monitor financial, corporate regulatory, MAS-related or ACRA-related timelines of the company and ensure requisite returns are filed on a timely basis
- Maintenance of statements of accounts for all platform managers
- Manage bank account opening processes and dealing with banks
- Assist in HR or fund onboarding duties as need be
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
