Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of our full accounting operations. You’ll be hands-on with month-end closing, audits, tax, and compliance, while also mentoring junior team members. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building efficient accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting functions, including GL, AR, AP, and cash flow
• Manage full set of account for the company
• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate month end and year end closing, submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting package
• Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
• Oversee statutory and tax compliances (IRAS, GST, etc.)
• Taking charge of maintaining and strengthening the internal control which include performing quarterly control review and ensure timely submission of all control deliverables
• Responsible for partnering management team and lead annual planning, monthly re-forecast and business review process
• Taking initiative in finance transformation and automation projects.
• Responsible for providing guidance to Finance team member

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance /ACCA or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• Min 5 years of experience in finance operations and control with experience in commodities trading / mining sector
• Hands-on experience in managing statutory filing and tax return
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, fixed asset management and cost management
• Strong Excel skills; experience in Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus for communicating with Headquarters and counterparts in Greater China
