Job description

The hiring company specializes in Financial Services. Due to expansion, they are seeking for an Finance Manager to support them in their growing business.

Location:

  • Chinatown Point
  • Working hours: Monday to Fridays 11AM - 6:30PM, Saturdays 12 - 6PM

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for full set of accounts including management of financial records, general ledger maintenance, AP and AR.
  2. Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Conduct credit assessments and evaluations for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with credit policies and risk management guidelines.
  4. Actively monitor and manage overdue accounts, implementing effective credit control strategies to minimize risk and maintain client relationships.
  5. Be involved in Debt Recovery for overdue client accounts and liaising with internal departments to resolve outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies.
  6. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements, preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
  7. Responsible for budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice.
  8. General management of the team in terms of monitoring and access eligibility of disbursement and internal claims.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree Holder, those with CPA certification would be treated as priority.
  2. More than 8 years of independent accounting management experience in entity enterprises.
  3. Have budget planning and final account management experience.
  4. Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax requirements, and credit policies.
  5. Team management skills is essential in this role.
  6. Proficient in drafting of financial management systems, and implementing financial management systems.
  7. Proficiency in Cash Flow Management.
  8. Have experience in bank account opening and account management.
  9. Experience in collections / accounts receivable for overdue payments.
  10. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $5000 - $6,000 per month
