A leading global provider of integrated manufacturing solutions that provides end-to-end design, manufacturing and logistics solutions to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in industrial, medical, automotive and telecommunications. Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the activities of the cost accounting function.
  • Oversees the gathering of historical cost data, investigation of cost structures, pricing of new services or products, and preparation of budget versus actual expense reports. Ensures that costs are allocated according to established procedures.
  • Performs timely month-end close and submission of management reports.
  • Performs timely analysis of financial results to help management drive plant's KPIs and profitability.
  • Drives the plant in asset management through monitoring of AR, physical inventory, fixed assets control, CAPEX forecast and CIP tracking.
  • Ensures corporate governance and adherence to key corporate policies through review of the plant's processes and approval of daily transactions.
  • Cordinates US GAAP, SOX and statutory audits.
  • Manage the activities of the team and is responsible for training and development, and performance management of the staff.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with supervisory/ management capacity in manufacturing environment.
  • Competent financial capabilities.
  • Hands-on with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
