Job description

• Coordinate and manage annual audits with external auditors
• Independently prepare and file GST and corporate tax returns
• Manage company licenses and compliance requirements (e.g., BCA certification)
• Handle payroll processing and CPF submissions for employees
• Oversee project-related payments and accounting entries
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, conduct financial analysis, and cost control
• Supervise daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes
• Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and external auditors
• Lead and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of finance management experience in construction or related industries
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and GST filing
• Familiarity with construction industry licenses and compliance
• Strong financial analysis, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office
