A growing team in Singapore seeks a qualified Finance Manager to support business expansion. The role involves overseeing accounting activities, ensuring timely financial reports compliant with requirements, and defining overall financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in accounting software. Must be able to relocate to Tuas in January 2026.
To support our aggressive business expansion, we are seeking for a qualified Finance Manager to join our growing team.
The Finance Manager will report to the Director/s and he/she will be involved in most if not all aspects of accounting and also oversees the day-to-day accounting activities. He/she ensures that the organisation's accounting functions are well organised and financial reports are generated timely and accurately as well as are in compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
He/she must be up-to-date with changing statutory requirements and tax laws and determine the implications of such changes to financial reporting. He/she must also work with the leadership team to help define the organisation overall financial strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for monthly accounts payable processing including charging expenses to the respective accounts, cost centres, payments, statement reconciliation, etc.
* Oversees journal entries postings and processing to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
* Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
* Responsible for GST computation for return submissions
* Management and statutory reportings
* Project leader for ERP system - Navision
Requirements:
* Possess at least a diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent. ACCA would be an added advantage
* At least 3-5 years relevant experience in similiar role
* Able to handle full set of accounts
* Familiar with business processes
* Hand-on experience in accounting software
* Strong organisational skills and attentive to details
* Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadllines
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
* Our office will be shifting to Tuas in January 2026, must be able to work in Tuas
