Qualifications

As we expand their global footprint, they are now looking for a Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations, strategic planning, and compliance. The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management, ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires expertise in financial strategy, cost management, and FP&A within the MedTech or healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing Financial Strategy & Planning
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
• Develop financial models to guide investment decisions and cost optimization strategies.
• Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
• Responsible for Financial Strategy & PlanningFRS, GAAP, and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Oversee tax planning, audits, and internal controls.
• Work closely with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
• In charge of Business Partnering & Cost Management
• Collaborate with operations, R&D, and commercial teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Monitor CAPEX, OPEX, and R&D expenditures to drive efficiency.
• Optimize pricing models and revenue streams for medical technology products.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, cash flow challenges, and cost inefficiencies.
• Improve financial processes through automation, digital finance tools, and ERP systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• At least 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in medical technology, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and compliance in the MedTech sector.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
