We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to oversee end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all accounting functions. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, support strategic financial planning, and play a key role in financial reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month/year-end closing.
• Prepare and submit consolidated financial reports to headquarters in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop, review, and enhance financial policies, internal controls, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, computations, and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Oversee payroll processing, staff claims, and reimbursements for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and treasury activities to ensure financial stability.
• Lead ad-hoc financial projects, system implementations, or process automation initiatives as needed.
