About the job Finance Manager

• Location: East Area
• Work Schedule: 5 Days work week
• Role Type: Permanent Role
• Salary: up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger management.
• Preparing financial reports, managing the month-end closing process, and overseeing monthly financial forecasting.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports for the Group.
• Managing forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Monitoring cash flow and liquidity.
• Supporting management and project teams in project costing, budget allocation, expenditure tracking, cost forecasting, project delivery governance, accounting treatments, and project monitoring reports.
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
• Managing the year-end audit process and collaborating with auditors.
• Handling tax computations and liaising with tax agents.
• Undertaking finance-related projects and addressing other finance-related matters as required.
• Reporting to the Business Unit head (CEO) and Finance Manager and performing all assistant tasks delegated by Superior.

Requirements:

• ACCA / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Finance Manager or relevant experiences.
• Preferably experienced with SAP and project management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
• Able to meet tight deadlines for monthly closing processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
