JOB RESPONSIBLITIES :
Finance:-
- Planning and tracking of the company’s financial goals.
- Establish and streamline the accounting systems/controls of the company.
- Maintain accounting records in compliance with accounting conventions, statutory requirements and company policies, and making such submission as required.
- Review, formulating, recommending and implementing productivity programs, financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Safeguard of assets through establishing adequate financial controls including capital expenditure.
- Analysis, review and recommendation of the financial implications of the various operational decisions, including feasibility studies of projects.
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, company secretary, statutory boards, government/quasi government departments...etc
- Assist in the formulation, implementation and review ofpolicies; objectives and medium and/or long range plans ( including annual budget) to ensure optimisation of Company’s performance.
Administrative:-
- Assist with the formulation, review and implementation of policies, objectives and medium and/or long-range plans to ensure optimisation of Company’s performance.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office administration on a daily basis (eg stationery, printing, maintenance of office equipment, premises, etc.)
- Ensure the compliance of licensing requirements pertaining to the office premise and equipment with the relevant authorities.
- Responsible for maintaining a centralised filing system for the organisation.
- Liaise with external parties in terms of all legal matters and corporate administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance or Professional accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
- Meticulous and analytical with numbers
- Well-versed in accounting transactions in accordance to accounting standards.
