What you'll be doing?

1. Financial Leadership: Guide and inspire the finance team to deliver accurate, timely reports while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
2. Strategic Reporting: Manage monthly financial statements and annual statutory reports, ensuring compliance and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Review SGX quarterly announcements and tax returns, maintaining robust controls over financial systems and processes.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO on sustainability reporting, board papers, and special projects to drive organizational success.

Who are they looking for?

1. Financial Expertise: Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or professional qualification, with 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
2. Listed Company Knowledge: Experience with SGX Main Board Listed Reporting is preferred.
