Finance Manager

My Client, a fast-growing startup in the FMCG space, is looking for a Finance Manager to help accelerate the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support company growth and operational efficiency.
2. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and analytical reports to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
3. Manage cash flow, cost control, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance.
4. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and financial policies.
5. Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business operations.
6. Conduct regular financial risk assessments and propose measures to mitigate potential financial issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent are an advantage.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management.
