Position Summary: To administer overall Finance and Accounts activities, including Accounts receivable, Payables and Audit procedures.
Position Available: Finance Manager - Singapore-based
Essential Duties
- Manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions (AR, AP, GL, and other balance sheet items).
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end & year-end close activities, analysis, consolidation, and tax & statutory reporting following SFRS / IFRS standards.
- Prepare periodic management reports and analysis reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the Business Operations team to ensure timely invoicing, recording of revenue transactions, and remittance.
- Oversee and guide AR collection processes, including communication with the Business Operations team.
- Support internal and external financial audits, including reconciliation and compilation of documentation for the Unaudited Financial Report in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Handle IRAS tax submissions and withholding tax compliance.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Manage local office cash flow and coordinate inter-office overseas transactions.
- Examine financial data for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparing financial statements as needed.
- Maintain and monitor monthly KPIs.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Degree in Finance / Accounting and/or 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Key Skill Competencies
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and QBO (QuickBooks Online).
- Strong aptitude for learning new software and database principles; strong mathematical skills.
Key Knowledge Competencies
- Understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards, with awareness of local laws/regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and theory.

Salary: SGD 4,500 - 5,500 per month
