Job summary

TALENT LEGAL GLOBAL SEARCH CONSULTANCY (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a Finance Manager for the Singapore Office to lead the local finance team and oversee daily financial operations.

You will report to the Head of Country (Singapore) and the CFO (Global) and play a key role in strategic financial planning and risk management. Responsibilities

• Manage the Singapore finance team and day-to-day financial operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Advise Partners on growth initiatives and resource allocation; collaborate regionally and globally.
• Own Information Security and Data Protection responsibilities for the Singapore office under ISO 27001 accreditation.

Finance Manager – Singapore Office

• Reports to: Head of Country (Singapore) and Chief Financial Officer (Global)
• Core responsibility: Manages the finance team and day-to-day financial operations for the Singapore office
• Key relationships: Works closely with Singapore partners to help them hit financial targets; also collaborates with management teams locally, regionally, and globally
• Strategic role: Advises Partners on long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and resource allocation — providing financial/operational insights for decision-making
