A leading aerospace company is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all financial management aspects. This role demands significant experience in corporate accounting and compliance within a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will lead the finance team, ensuring adherence to standards while driving process improvements and efficiency.
Lead and direct the accounting activities of the Company, undertaking all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.
Ensuring all times that all statutory accounting requirements and local tax compliance for the Company's activities are accomplished and compliant.
1. Responsible in reporting monthly accounts in accordance to Accounting Standards and Corporate Accounting and Reporting Guidelines.
2. Supervises accounting and finance activities, including establish policies, governance and ensure compliance.
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders in HR, Operations, Customer Service and Commercial to ensure smooth operations across the organisation.
4. Process optimisation to drive up efficiency, increase cost saving and improve productivity across the organisation.
5. Lead the Finance team to Reporting excellence, with close partnership with the Shared Service Center to drive process efficiency.
6. Responsible on budget and cash flow projection, including all treasury matters.
7.Responsible for corporate income tax computation/returns and key contacts with government bodies.
