A leading company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Finance, strong analytical skills, and a minimum of five years of experience in financial management. In this role, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiency across the finance function.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Financial Planning and Analysis:
1. Budgeting: Develop and manage the organization’s annual budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic goals.
2. Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts and projections to guide strategic decision-making and assess future financial performance.
3. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
Reporting:
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Management Reporting: Create and present regular management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Cash Flow Management:
6. Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and financial obligations.
7. Working Capital Management: Optimize the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory to improve cash flow and financial stability.
Compliance and Risk Management:
8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws, coordinating with external auditors as necessary.
9. Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization's financial stability and integrity.
Financial Control:
10. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and prevent fraud.
11. Cost Management: Analyze and control costs, implementing cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements throughout the organization.
Strategic Financial Management:
12. Capital Management: Oversee capital expenditures and investment decisions, evaluating potential projects and their financial implications.
13. Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development of the organization’s financial strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and growth plans.
Team Leadership:
14. Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, while ensuring professional development opportunities.
15. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational activities and strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
16. Communication: Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, including senior management, the board of directors, and external partners.
17. Investment Relations: Engage with investors and stakeholders regarding financial performance, strategies, and forecasts as needed.
Technology and Systems:
18. Financial Systems Management: Oversee financial systems and software, ensuring they meet the organization’s needs and support efficient financial operations.
19. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to enhance financial decision-making and reporting capabilities.
Continuous Improvement:
20. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirement:
Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience:
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
