About the role

As the Finance Manager at T B C TRANSPORTATION & TRADING PTE LTD, you will play a key role in overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of its accounting practices. This full-time position is based in the West Region and will involve collaborating closely with the leadership team to drive financial strategy and decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team

• Oversee the company's cash flow management and financial planning processes

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies

• Manage and develop the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the transportation or trading industry

• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
