A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a qualified finance professional to oversee financial reporting and consolidate group accounts. The ideal candidate has a CA and/or ACCA qualification with 6-10 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role involves management of financial reporting, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate compliance with statutory deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee full spectrum of group consolidation for statutory, taxation and management reporting
Overall in charge of preparation and analysis of group financial and management reports, cashflow, quarterly board paper, budgetary control and SGX announcement
Responsible for the preparation of full sets of accounts, financial and management reporting for selected subsidiaries
Ensure timely reconciliation of inter-company and bank balances
Ensure accuracy in all reporting and statutory deadlines are met
Liaising with internal stakeholders, internal and external auditors, customers, suppliers, and other professionals on related matters
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Qualified CA and/or ACCA with at least 6-10 years’ of working experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to oversee a finance team while working in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
