Qualifications

• Oversee full spectrum of group consolidation for statutory, taxation, and management reporting.
• Prepare and analyze group financial and management reports, cashflow, and budgetary control.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of group consolidation for statutory, taxation and management reporting

• Overall in charge of preparation and analysis of group financial and management reports, cashflow, quarterly board paper, budgetary control and SGX announcement

• Responsible for the preparation of full sets of accounts, financial and management reporting for selected subsidiaries

• Ensure timely reconciliation of inter-company and bank balances

• Ensure accuracy in all reporting and statutory deadlines are met

• Liaising with internal stakeholders, internal and external auditors, customers, suppliers, and other professionals on related matters

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Qualified CA and/or ACCA with at least 6-10 years’ of working experience

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to oversee a finance team while working in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
