We are seeking a Finance Manager who will oversee all financial aspects of the business and help us stay on top of our financial health – especially in the area of cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting

· Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

· Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and growth

· Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards

· Provide actionable financial insights to support key business decisions

Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Finance Manager (distribution or trading industry experience a plus)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a finance team
In-depth knowledge of cash flow management, financial principles, and accounting standards
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
