Job summary

Sky Fusion Shipping PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Finance Executive to support the finance operations of our local office.

The role blends financial control with business support, analysing operating data into financial insights and contributing to budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities include managing full-set accounting, treasury and cashflow, and collaborating with operations and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience with hands-on full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; able to meet reporting deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Country Manager and teams to provide timely financial support.
• Track revenue, costs and margins by voyage, vessel or project where applicable.
• Manage full accounting cycle including AP/AR/GL and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and coordinate budgeting/forecasting.
• Support tax filings and liaise with auditors.
