Finance Junior Executive @ West ( Up to $4,000)

We are hiring a Finance Junior Executive under Recruit Express headcount.

Working Hours:
Mon to Fri: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Salary: $3000 - $4000

Location: International Business Park

Requirements:

1. 2 - 3 years of working experience in finance and accounting
2. Proficient knowledge in IFRS and MS Office; knowledge of Navision and Dynamics 365 is an added advantage
3. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and possess analytical and critical-thinking skills; high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Scopes:

1. Perform accounts payable functions, including preparing monthly payments to suppliers.
2. Monitor and follow up on disbursement and reconciliation.
3. Follow up with the supplier’s correspondence emails on accounts-related matters.
4. Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping.
5. Engage in the month-end closing of accounts, reconciliation of accounts, and ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.
6. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
