Job summary

Mizuho Bank Singapore Branch seeks a proactive graduate or intern to join the Syndicated Loan Structuring Department. You will assist in the end-to-end origination process, prepare pitch books, information memoranda, coordinate roadshows, and support investors Q&As.

You will perform market research, analyze data to back business development, provide administrative support, and help maintain departmental reports and deal trackers while ensuring audit-ready filing.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the end to end origination process, including but not limited to the preparation of pitch books, information memorandum, coordinating roadshow logistic and marketing materials, investors Q&As and other related work;
• Perform comprehensive market research and data analysis to support originators' business development initiatives;
• Provide administrative support as well as maintaining departmental report and deal trackers to monitor the progress.
• Maintain a systematic and organized filing system to ensure efficient data retrieval and full compliance with audit requirement.
