Job summary

MAKE UP FOR EVER in Singapore invites a 6‑month internship (Jan–Jun 2027) to join our dynamic team within the Make Up For Ever Tribe, collaborating with multi‑regional teams across Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong and China to gain insights into the Asia Pacific Travel Retail business.

You will assist the Controlling function with month‑end closings, monthly HQ reporting and variance analysis, while supporting budgeting, data consolidation and ad hoc local reports to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Commitment for at least 6 months (Jan–Jun 2027) for a full-time internship.
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and a sense of confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing business needs.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Assist controlling team with month-end closing tasks and monthly reporting to HQ/Region/local management.
• Analyze variances of actuals vs. last year and budget.
• Support the preparation of monthly meetings for Brand’s Management.
• Support business analysis (retail sales, net sales, etc.).
• Assist with ad hoc local reports and budget templates.
• Contribute to consolidation of inputs from markets and stakeholders.
• Help streamline reporting processes and data access.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and project follow-up.
