Job summary

MAKE UP FOR EVER is seeking a full-time intern to join the Controlling team in Singapore for Jan–Jun 2027. You will support month-end closings, assist with variance analysis against last year and budget, and help prepare monthly Brand Management meetings.

You will also contribute to business analyses (retail sales, net sales) and assist with local ad hoc reporting while adapting to a fast-paced, international environment within the Asia Pacific Travel Retail network.

Qualifications

• Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2027) for a full-time internship.
• Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing business needs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
• Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist controlling team for month-end closing tasks eg. monthly reporting to HQ, Region or local management
• Analyze the main variances of actuals P&L vs. last year and budget
• Assist in the preparation of monthly meetings for Brand’s Management
• Support on business analysis (retail sales, net sales etc.)
• Support the business controller with ad hoc local reports
