Responsibilities

• Assist with AP and AR tasks, including invoice checking and payment documentation.
• Perform data entry for inventory, PO, and production-related transactions.
• Support inventory reconciliation between AutoCount and warehouse records.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for finance and inventory records.
• Support finance process compliance and internal controls.

The Finance Intern will support the Finance team in: AP, AR, inventory, PO, and production-related tasks, including data entry, documentation, reconciliations, reporting support, and month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with AP and AR tasks, including invoice checking, payment documentation, and transaction updates.
• Assist with finance’s monthly closing.
• Perform data entry for inventory, PO, and production-related transactions in AutoCount.
• Support inventory reconciliation between AutoCount, Production, and Warehouse records.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for finance and inventory records.
• Support finance process compliance and internal controls.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for
